A recurring operating need

Mineral scale restricts flow and reaccumulates over time. Treatment demand is linked to well conditions and ongoing production maintenance.

Integrated delivery

Control of formulation, contract manufacturing and delivery supports a transaction-based model, with chemicals sold by litre per treatment.

Source: supplied 2026 investor deck, pp. 2 and 7–9. Model assumptions: five treatments per month, one chemical and 25,000 litres per treatment. These are modelled figures, not reported revenue.

Acid-based system

DuoSolve-D

Carbonates · Anhydrite · Sulfates

Single-stage treatment dissolves carbonate and sulfate scale together, eliminating separate acid and chelant cycles.

Four active markets. A platform for expansion.

United States · Texas

Commercial presence targeting operators in the Permian Basin and Gulf Coast.

Venezuela

Commercial presence in mature basins with recurring mineral-scale challenges.

Ecuador

Commercial engagement with national and independent producers.

Mexico

Research, formulation and operations anchoring the commercial platform.

Letters of intent are in place across these four markets. They will be provided as negotiations advance and an NDA is signed.

Expansion priorities include Saudi Arabia and other GCC markets, followed by Africa.

Engineered for challenging well conditions.

Targeted mineral removal

Three systems address carbonates, anhydrite, sulfates and barite. Formulation selection follows scale mineralogy and well metallurgy.

Laboratory performance

The technical sheets describe static dissolution, high-pressure/high-temperature, corrosion-coupon and crude-compatibility testing, with effectiveness up to 130°C.

Metallurgical compatibility

The alkaline systems provide a controlled-corrosion option for carbon steel, 13Cr, duplex stainless steel and corrosion-resistant alloy completions.

Expanded testing program

Planned Louisiana laboratory validation and testing budget: more than USD 100,000, with scope defined by the products and tests included.

Technical performance summarized from the supplied product sheets. Laboratory findings describe test conditions; field application is selected for each well.

A transaction-based revenue engine.

Chemicals sold per litre

Revenue is linked to the chemical volume delivered for each treatment. Scale reaccumulation creates repeat-treatment opportunities.

Advance-funded formulation

The investor deck describes a 50–60% customer advance before formulation, reducing working-capital needs and collection exposure.

Flexible field application

Bullhead injection, coiled tubing, batch soaking, recirculation, continuous circulation and squeeze application fit existing operating workflows.

Potential additional upside

Production-linked participation may be negotiated with individual customers.

The base model uses an estimated USD 12 per litre. Actual pricing varies with volume, frequency, formulation and chemical type.

Invest in the company. Expand its reach.

Testing and validation

Fund product testing and laboratory programs. The planned Louisiana program is budgeted at more than USD 100,000, depending on the product and test scope.

Technical team growth

Hire engineers, technicians and additional personnel to support product application, technical delivery and business growth.

Offices and company deployment

Establish and equip offices, strengthen operations and support company deployment in priority markets.

New countries and new markets

Expand commercial presence, develop customer relationships and support market entry and regional business development.

Wellvax · Investor presentation 2026

Restore flow. Reduce operating friction.

Production flow recovery

Targeted scale removal helps restore productivity index and hydrocarbon inflow where mineral deposits restrict flow.

Fewer corrective workovers

Reducing scale accumulation supports less unplanned intervention, less rig time and lower deferred production.

Longer artificial-lift service life

Controlling deposits reduces scale-related wear in electrical submersible pumps and rod-pump systems.

Lower operating burden

Reduced backpressure can lower pumping-energy demand and maintenance costs, supporting improved extraction economics.

Benefits described in the supplied technical sheets. Treatment selection depends on deposit composition and operating conditions.

Wellvax · Investor presentation 2026

The technology and commercial opportunity.

What makes the portfolio distinctive?

Three proprietary systems address different mineral-scale compositions and metallurgy requirements, including carbonate/sulfate mixtures and difficult barite deposits.

Are letters of intent available?

Yes. Letters of intent are in place in Venezuela, the United States, Ecuador and Mexico. They will be provided once negotiations advance and an NDA is signed.

What will the investment fund?

Company expansion, product testing, engineers and technicians, additional personnel, offices, operational deployment and entry into new countries and markets.

How does the base revenue model work?

Five treatments per month × 25,000 litres × an estimated USD 12 per litre equals USD 1.5 million monthly revenue, or USD 18 million annual run-rate. These are model assumptions, not historical sales.

Wellvax · Investor presentation 2026

Match the chemistry to the well.

When is DuoSolve-D the right choice?

For rapid removal of carbonates, anhydrite and sulfates where the well metallurgy permits an acid-based treatment. The single-stage formulation combines carbonate and sulfate dissolution.

When should the alkaline variant be used?

DuoSolve-D Alkaline addresses the same scale families where corrosion risk or sensitive metallurgy calls for a controlled-corrosion chelation system, including 13Cr, duplex and CRA completions.

What makes BaSolve-D Alkaline different?

It is designed to disrupt the highly resistant barite crystal lattice. It can be applied alone or combined with a DuoSolve-D system where barite coexists with other scale deposits.

How are the chemicals integrated into field operations?

The portfolio supports established application methods, including direct injection, coiled tubing, soaking, circulation and squeeze treatments. Product selection follows mineralogy, metallurgy and operating conditions.
